Questions
About pricing specifically
Why is this priced per shop instead of per user?
Because per-seat pricing makes you ration access. Costing only works if the people doing the work can see and update the numbers, so charging extra for each of them would undermine the product.
What does "founding pricing locked for life" mean?
Your monthly rate stays at what you signed up at for as long as you keep the account, even when list prices rise. It applies to accounts opened during early access.
Is the chat metered or charged separately?
No. Chat and MCP access are part of the plan, not a per-message add-on. Rationing the conversational interface by usage would defeat the point of having it on the shop floor.
Is there a free tier?
There's a trial with no card required rather than a permanent free plan. You can't evaluate costing software without putting your real materials into it, and that takes more than a weekend — so the trial is built to be long enough to actually set up.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything and cancel. No exit fee, no retention call, no holding your parts database hostage.
Lock founding pricing while it's open
No card required, and about twenty seconds to sign up.
Founding accounts lock their price for life. No card required.
